Durbar Hall Ground, Ernakulam

A space for relaxation, Pay and park facilities available. Two entrants one opposite to Ramavarma Club and the other opposite to TDM Hall.

A green spot at the heart of Ernakulam. An ideal place to have a get together with friends. Children have lavish space to play and it is a well maintained public place in Kochi with comfortable parking facility and greenish walk ways. These gathering places provide more healthy moments to the city people.
SSRVM School and SSRVM Kalamandir is very close to this ground. Art of living Centre of Ernakulam District and Vyakthi Vikas Kendra is also in this Road. Maharaja Super Market, very famous among the middle class people of Ernakulam is also in this Road. Ernakulam Shiva Temple is inside this compound. During Utsavam the processions from the temple will terminate at this ground.
Durbar Hall art gallery-One of the oldest building(more than 100 years) surviving at the centre of Ernakaulam. It was actually the Durbar Hall of the Cochin Royal family. Durbar hall means the Royal Court house. Now it is fuctioning as an Art gallery. Besides the art gallery the hall houses a 'Parikshith Thampuran Museum' which show cases the paintings, sculptures and coins from the 19th centuary. Maharaja proclaimed the constitution of Cochin state from this ground in 1938.

This ground is a venue for cultural activities. It has an open air stadium. Bharath Tourist Home (BTH) a pure vegetarian Hotel is also near to this.
