Eroor-Chambakkara jalotsavam will be held on 31st August this year at Chambakkara lake near Thripunithura. This event is organised by the Eroor Perikkad boat club. The boat race managing committe also include members from Thripunithura Municipality, Maradu grama panchayath and Kochi corporation.A crowd pulling and spectacular event in Kochi. The event will be inaugurated by Sebastian Paul MP. There will be 6 'chundan vallam' in this race. They are Payippad, Cheruthana, Sree ganesh, Vellam kulangara, Valiya divanji and St. George. 17 'Odi vallam' included in the category 'Iruttukuthi'.
